I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Sabrina Ritchie, and I’m passionate about helping women 35+ navigate the often frustrating, exhausting, and overwhelming changes that come with perimenopause. I’ve been where you are—feeling drained, mentally foggy, and struggling to keep it all together as my body and energy levels shifted. It’s no secret that life is busy, and when we hit those hormone shifts, it can feel like everything is turned upside down. That's why I decided to step into this role: I’ve walked that path, and I want to help you move through it with less stress, more energy, and a better sense of balance.
What led me to this path was my own experience with burnout and stress. After years of pushing through my own struggles as a mom, entrepreneur, and healthcare provider, I realized how important it is to slow down and take care of ourselves—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I believe in the power of non-medication solutions, with a science-driven approach to wellness, which is exactly why I’ve created this program for you. Through coaching, lab testing, lifestyle shifts, and a lot of encouragement, I’m here to guide you through your unique journey toward energy, resilience, and mental clarity. - It All Started When COVID hitÂ
It all started when COVID hit. I was on the frontlines, working through the chaos of a pandemic while pregnant, juggling a demanding career, and trying to hold it all together at home. It felt like I was constantly in survival mode—there was no time to pause, no space to breathe, and my body was pushing back harder than ever. I was tired in a way I had never known before. My mind was scattered, my energy was drained, and the weight of it all felt heavier with every passing day. The stress, the pressure—it wasn’t just physical; it was mental and emotional too
Then, after I had my babies, the hormonal shifts kicked in. The exhaustion didn’t just go away—it shifted into something else: brain fog, mood swings, sleepless nights, and more. I realized I wasn’t just dealing with the aftermath of pregnancy or being a working mom. I was experiencing something that many women go through, but it wasn’t talked about enough—perimenopause. It hit me like a ton of bricks, and I felt completely overwhelmed by it all. But it also sparked something in me. I knew I wasn’t alone in this, and I didn’t want other women to feel as lost or isolated as I had felt
That’s when I decided to make a change. I shifted my focus toward understanding the deeper connection between hormone shifts, mental health, and wellness. It became clear that I could take my knowledge, my experience, and my passion for helping others and turn it into something that truly made a difference. That’s how I found my path toward coaching and supporting women who are navigating similar struggles. I want to help you feel seen, heard, and supported as you go through this transition. But Then Everything Changed
After all that—after the burnout, the juggling, and the hormonal shifts—I reached a point where it felt like I was losing everything. My hair started thinning, which was a constant reminder of how much I was struggling. I felt like I was literally watching pieces of myself unravel. My energy was still low, and my mind—once sharp—felt foggy and scattered. I couldn’t focus. It was like I was losing touch with myself in a way I couldn’t control. Every day felt like a battle, and the thought that this might be my new normal was terrifying. It wasn’t just my physical appearance; it was my sense of identity, my confidence, my ability to function like I once had
It was at this point that I realized I had to make a drastic change. I couldn’t continue down this path, feeling like I was losing control of my body and my mind. The catalyst was not just the physical symptoms, but the emotional toll it took on me—feeling disconnected, frustrated, and hopeless. I knew I needed to take back control, not just for myself, but for my family and my future
So, I dove deeper into learning about perimenopause, hormone imbalances, and how stress was impacting my body in ways I hadn’t fully understood. I started working with a team of experts, incorporating targeted lifestyle changes, and taking a more holistic approach to healing—focusing on nutrition, stress reduction, and mindfulness practices. I learned how to support my body’s natural rhythms, and slowly, my hair began to regrow, my energy returned, and my mind started to clear. It wasn’t an overnight transformation, but the changes were undeniable
My life started to shift in a way I never expected. I regained my confidence, not just in how I looked, but in how I felt. My relationships improved because I was more present, calmer, and less overwhelmed. And most importantly, I finally felt like I had my life back. I wasn’t just surviving; I was thriving.
